In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "299db" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 299db online gaming platform, accessible at 299db.io, and all services, features, content, and functionality provided through it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 299db platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a player on the 299db platform, comprising the player's personal details, balance, transaction history, and preference settings.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's 299db account at any given time, including any real-money funds and any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive-based value credited to a player's account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, which 299db uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual games, account management tools, payment processing, customer support, and promotional offerings available through 299db.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — refers to any action or omission described as prohibited in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the 299db platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 299db with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

299db reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account with 299db, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.
• You are registering the account in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended 299db account.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not as a professional or commercial operator, agent, or representative of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 299db. If a player is found to have opened or to be operating multiple accounts, 299db reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or casino rounds, and retain any balances pending investigation under our fraud and abuse policy.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not disclose your username or password to any third party. You must notify 299db immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

299db reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification at any point in the account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of your National Identity Card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts with pending KYC requests may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 299db support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, after satisfaction of all wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.
• Players who self-exclude may not open a new account for the full duration of their exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a breach of these Terms.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 299db will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance.

299db accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and card payments via Visa and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi commercial banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 299db, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts within one to three (1–3) hours under normal operating conditions. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own legal name.

• 299db does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is detected, 299db reserves the right to void associated transactions and return funds to their source.
• Players must not use the 299db account as a payment processing or money transfer facility. Any deposits not followed by genuine gameplay activity are subject to review.
• 299db does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own charges, for which 299db accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks. 299db reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where enhanced due diligence is required.
• All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol used on this platform represents BDT.

299db offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed at the point of offer and must be read carefully before claiming.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 299db promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms and are calculated based on the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds or unsatisfied wagering requirements will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Using multiple accounts or other means to claim the same offer more than once constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
• 299db reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible players who have commenced wagering on a claimed bonus.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain games or game types. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Free bets are credited as bonus funds and do not constitute withdrawable cash until any applicable wagering requirements are met.

The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verifiable. 299db does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply unless superseded by sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting page:

• All bets are accepted subject to 299db's right to impose maximum stake limits, which may be applied at the account level, market level, or event level at any time.
• Bets are void if the event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of placement. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a pricing or technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 299db reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous odds.
• Cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers series are governed by the applicable ICC and governing body match rules. Amended match formats (e.g., DLS method in rain-affected matches) are handled in accordance with standard industry practice.
• 299db reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation of any match or event where the integrity of the result is in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 299db platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account usage.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under a different name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multi-player game formats.
• Using the platform to launder money, process transactions on behalf of third parties, or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after using the deposited funds for gambling. 299db reserves the right to recover losses resulting from fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 299db staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any part of the 299db platform not intended for general player access.

All content published on the 299db platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 299db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 299db platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 299db platform without prior written consent from 299db.

Third-party game content, including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 299db is a licensed operator of such content and does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

299db collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing account use — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming history — is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and delivering the Services to you.

299db does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. All data processing is conducted with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

299db does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. 299db will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 299db makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the platform — including odds, game results, and account balances — we do not warrant that all information is free from error at all times. In the event of a material error affecting a player's account balance or bet settlement, 299db will investigate and correct the error as promptly as reasonably possible.

299db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are considered material — meaning they substantially affect a player's rights or obligations — 299db will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to reflect changes in payment partner names) may be made without advance notice. The updated Terms will always carry a revised effective date at the top of this document.

299db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where continued operation of the account would represent an unacceptable risk. In such cases, any balances held following deduction of voided bonuses and fraudulent winnings will be returned to the player's verified payment method where legally required to do so.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the 299db support team via live chat at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any funds remaining in the account after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending wager settlements will be disbursed to the player's last verified withdrawal method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable principles of commercial fairness. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be directed to our support team in writing in the first instance. 299db commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
